# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • The beef becomes impossibly tender without any fancy techniques or hours of monitoring
  • That glossy sauce clings to everything, turning simple rice into something youd actually crave
  • Its the kind of meal that makes people assume you cooked all day when you barely did anything
02 -
  • Adding broccoli too early makes it mushy and sad. Timing it for the last 30 minutes keeps it vibrant.
  • Cornstarch can clump if you dump it directly into liquid. Tossing the beef first eliminates this problem completely.
03 -
  • Freeze the beef for 30 minutes before slicing. It makes thin cuts effortless.
  • Fresh ginger keeps for weeks in the freezer and grates easily while frozen.
