Sweet Strawberry Brownie Kabobs (Printable)

# What you'll need:

→ Brownie Layer

01 - 1 box (15 oz) brownie mix, plus required eggs, oil, and water as per package directions

→ Fruit & Marshmallow

02 - 24 fresh strawberries, hulled
03 - 24 large marshmallows

→ Optional Decoration

04 - 3.5 oz dark or milk chocolate, melted
05 - Colorful sprinkles, optional

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven as directed on brownie mix packaging. Combine brownie mix with eggs, oil, and water in a mixing bowl, following package instructions. Pour batter into a prepared baking pan and bake as indicated. Allow brownies to cool completely before proceeding.
02 - Once cooled, use a knife to cut the brownies into 24 bite-sized squares.
03 - Thread one brownie square, one strawberry, and one marshmallow onto each skewer in sequence, repeating the pattern until each skewer has 2 of each item.
04 - Arrange completed kabobs on a serving platter. Drizzle melted chocolate over the kabobs and add sprinkles if desired. Allow chocolate to set before serving.
