13 - 2 tbsp avocado oil or light olive oil

07 - Serve immediately, optionally garnished with extra scallions or toasted sesame seeds.

# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • It tastes like indulgent takeout but keeps you in ketosis without any guilt or carb crash.
  • The beef stays incredibly tender and the broccoli gets that perfect wok char you crave.
  • Cleanup is fast because everything cooks in one pan and you are done in half an hour.
02 -
  • Always slice your beef against the grain or it will be tough no matter how you cook it.
  • Don't crowd the pan when searing the beef, if you pile it on it will steam instead of getting that beautiful crust.
  • Steam the broccoli just until it turns bright green and tender, overcooking makes it mushy and dull.
03 -
  • Use a screaming hot pan for the best sear and that signature wok flavor.
  • Prep all your ingredients before you start cooking because this moves fast once the heat is on.
  • If you want extra richness, toss in a pat of butter at the very end.
