# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • The dressing keeps for five days in the refrigerator, so you can drizzle it over everything from grain bowls to roasted vegetables all week long
  • Something magical happens when creamy avocado meets cool cucumber and that bright herbaceous dressing somehow ties it all together
02 -
  • Never dress the entire salad if you are planning to have leftovers because the lettuce will wilt within an hour
  • The anchovies completely disappear into the dressing but they make a huge difference in depth of flavor
03 -
  • Make the dressing the day before to let all the flavors meld together
  • Room temperature ingredients blend more smoothly than cold ones from the refrigerator
