01 - Prepare noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain thoroughly, reserving 1/4 cup pasta cooking water for later use.
02 - Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat until melted. Add minced garlic and stir continuously for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden, taking care not to burn.
03 - Reduce heat to low. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper. Stir constantly until sugar dissolves and ingredients are fully incorporated.
04 - Add cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss vigorously with tongs or wooden spoon until evenly coated. Add reserved pasta water as needed to achieve silky consistency.
05 - Remove from heat immediately. Garnish with chopped scallions, Parmesan cheese, and toasted sesame seeds. Serve while hot.
