# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • The dressing is so good you will find yourself dipping vegetables into it straight from the blender, no judgment here.
  • It comes together in the time it takes to complain about not knowing what to make for lunch.
02 -
  • Over-blending the dressing turns it foamy and thin, stop as soon as it looks smooth.
  • Salting the cucumber ahead of time draws out water that will pool at the bottom of your bowl and ruin the coating.
03 -
  • Chill your serving bowl in the freezer for ten minutes before assembly, it keeps everything crisp twice as long.
  • Save a few whole herb leaves to scatter on top, the visual pop makes people think you are more skilled than you are.
