# What you'll need:

→ Shrimp

01 - 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Marinade & Coating

02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1/2 tsp sea salt
05 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
06 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs
08 - Zest of 1 lemon
09 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# Directions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Italian herbs, and lemon zest until thoroughly combined.
02 - Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Allow to marinate for 5 minutes at room temperature.
03 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan and chopped parsley over the marinated shrimp. Toss again to ensure even coating.
04 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 2 minutes.
05 - Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
06 - Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket or turning shrimp halfway through cooking, until shrimp are opaque and lightly golden.
07 - Transfer shrimp to a serving platter. Garnish with additional fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
